Team discovers most distant galaxy cluster
Recently a team of Japanese and German researchers discovered a cluster if galaxies that is said to be the most distant cluster yet found. Masayuki Tanaka, a special researcher at the University of Tokyo, said that he and his team had found it after analyzing X-ray data from the European Space Agency's XMM-Newton Observatory. The cluster is said to be approximately 9.6 billion lightyears away.Read More
